At Rocky Fiberglass and Steel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or if there is any issue, you can return or exchange it according to the rules below.

Inspect the product upon delivery, return it with the delivery person if defective, and place a new order for your desired item for exchange.
Exchange is available for size, color, or another product of the same value.
If the new product price is higher, you must pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
If the selected product is out of stock, you can choose a refund or select another product.

Inform us via Phone or WhatsApp. Include your order number, reason, and photos of the product if possible.
Once approved, send the product to our address / our representative will collect the product.
Our team will verify your request between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund or new product exchange process will begin.

Cash on Delivery order refunds will be issued via bKash/Nagad or Bank Transfer.
Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Card.

6. Delivery Charges

If a wrong or defective product is delivered due to our mistake, we will bear all return and exchange costs.
For reasons like personal preference or size mismatch, the customer must bear the return delivery charge. Standard shipping charges will also apply for dispatching the new exchange product.
